Cosmic Drop Privacy Policy

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Cosmic Drop ("Cosmic Drop", "the App", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by LEGAL_NAME, handles information when you use the Cosmic Drop mobile game.

We respect your privacy and aim to process only the information necessary to operate, monetize, secure, and improve the App.

1. Information You Provide

Cosmic Drop does not require you to create an account or sign in to play.

We do not directly ask you to provide information such as:

• your name;
• postal address;
• telephone number;
• date of birth;
• photographs;
• contacts;
• precise location;
• passwords; or
• payment card information.

If you contact us for support, we may receive information that you voluntarily provide, such as your email address, message content, screenshots, or technical information relevant to your request.

2. Game Data Stored on Your Device

Cosmic Drop stores certain gameplay information locally on your device so the game can function correctly and preserve your progress and preferences.

This may include:

• high scores;
• coin and gem balances;
• selected power-ups and loadouts;
• Cosmic Pass entitlement state;
• tutorial completion status;
• audio and haptic preferences;
• gameplay settings;
• daily reward state;
• reward history and gameplay state; and
• other local game progression information.

This information is primarily stored locally on your device. Cosmic Drop does not currently provide a general cloud account or cloud synchronization system for gameplay progress.

Deleting the App, clearing application data, or losing access to your device may remove locally stored game progress.

Consumable virtual items such as gems may not be recoverable after local application data is deleted unless otherwise required by applicable law or supported by the relevant app store.

3. Advertising

Cosmic Drop uses Google AdMob to provide advertisements within the App.

The App may contain:

• optional rewarded advertisements, such as watching an ad to receive bonus coins;
• an optional rewarded advertisement for a daily gem reward; and
• interstitial advertisements shown between game sessions.

Advertisements are not intended to interrupt active gameplay.

Google Mobile Ads may process technical and advertising-related information, which may include:

• IP address and approximate location derived from it;
• device identifiers;
• advertising identifiers where permitted;
• advertisements shown to you;
• interactions with advertisements;
• app interactions;
• device and app performance information;
• diagnostic information; and
• information used for fraud prevention and abuse detection.

Google processes this information according to its own privacy practices and applicable consent requirements.

4. Advertising Consent and Privacy Choices

Depending on your location, Cosmic Drop may request consent before certain advertising technologies are used.

We use Google's consent tools, including the User Messaging Platform (UMP) where applicable, to manage advertising-related consent and privacy choices.

Depending on your region and your choices, advertisements may be personalized, non-personalized, or subject to limited data processing.

Where available, you may be able to review or change your advertising privacy choices through privacy options provided in the App or through your device settings.

5. Tracking and Device Permissions

Cosmic Drop does not intentionally access tracking identifiers unless permitted by applicable platform rules and your device settings.

If a future version of Cosmic Drop requests Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission, tracking that requires such permission will not occur unless the required authorization has been granted.

Your advertising experience may also depend on your device privacy settings, advertising preferences, consent choices, and applicable regional requirements.

6. In-App Purchases

Cosmic Drop offers optional in-app purchases through the Apple App Store and may support additional app stores in the future.

Purchases may include:

• 10 Gems;
• 35 Gems;
• 80 Gems;
• Cosmic Pass / Remove Ads; and
• other digital content that may be introduced in the future.

Payments are processed by Apple or the applicable app-store provider. We do not receive or store your complete payment card information.

Information related to purchases is processed by Apple according to Apple's own privacy practices.

7. Purchase Verification

Cosmic Drop may process limited transaction information to verify in-app purchases, prevent duplicate fulfillment, restore eligible purchases, and reduce fraud.

This information may include:

• product identifier;
• transaction identifier;
• purchase receipt or signed transaction information;
• purchase status; and
• platform information.

Cosmic Drop uses Apple's StoreKit purchase infrastructure and may use IAPKit as a purchase-verification service.

Purchase verification information is not used by us for advertising.

8. Cosmic Pass

Cosmic Pass is a non-consumable in-app purchase.

When active, Cosmic Pass removes forced interstitial advertisements from Cosmic Drop.

Optional rewarded advertisements may remain available because they are voluntarily initiated by the player in exchange for optional in-game rewards.

Cosmic Pass may be restored using Apple's purchase restoration mechanisms where supported.

9. Third-Party Services

Cosmic Drop uses third-party services that are necessary for advertising, payments, purchase verification, and related technical functionality.

These may include:

• Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK — used for advertisements, advertising-related consent, ad measurement, diagnostics, and fraud prevention.
• Apple App Store / StoreKit — used to process, verify, and restore eligible in-app purchases.
• IAPKit — used to assist with validating purchase transactions and preventing fraudulent or duplicate fulfillment.

These third-party providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and legal obligations.

10. Analytics and Diagnostics

Cosmic Drop and third-party SDKs integrated into the App may process limited technical and diagnostic information when necessary to:

• detect crashes and technical failures;
• troubleshoot problems;
• monitor application and advertising performance;
• prevent fraud and abuse;
• ensure advertisements function correctly;
• verify purchases; and
• improve application reliability.

We do not intentionally create personal profiles containing information such as your name, postal address, photographs, or contacts.

12. Legal Bases for Users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland

Where applicable privacy laws such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) apply, information may be processed on one or more of the following legal bases:

Consent. For example, where consent is required for personalized advertising or related technologies.

Performance of a contract. Where processing is necessary to provide purchased digital content or requested functionality.

Legitimate interests. For purposes such as security, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and maintaining the reliability of the App where those interests are not overridden by your rights.

Legal obligations. Where processing is necessary to comply with applicable law.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.

13. Data Retention

Locally stored gameplay information remains on your device until it is overwritten, reset, cleared by the operating system, removed through App functionality where available, or removed when you uninstall the App.

Purchase-related information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• verify transactions;
• maintain non-consumable entitlements;
• prevent duplicate rewards;
• detect fraud;
• resolve disputes; and
• comply with legal obligations.

Support communications may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and document your request.

Third-party services such as Google and Apple maintain their own data retention practices.

14. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

Information may be shared with service providers where reasonably necessary to operate Cosmic Drop, including providers responsible for:

• advertising;
• payment processing;
• purchase verification;

17. Deleting Game Data

Most Cosmic Drop gameplay information is stored locally on your device.

You may remove locally stored game data by uninstalling the App or by using any reset or deletion functionality that may be provided within the App.

Deleting Cosmic Drop does not necessarily delete information independently processed by Apple, Google, or other third-party services.

Information managed by those providers is subject to their respective privacy controls and policies.

18. Children's Privacy

Cosmic Drop is a general-audience puzzle game and is not specifically designed to collect personal information from children.

We do not knowingly request names, email addresses, photographs, precise location information, or similar personal information from children through normal gameplay.

Where applicable law requires parental consent or additional protections for advertising or other data-processing activities, we and our service providers intend to apply the appropriate regional requirements.
