The game does not start. What should I try?+
Restart the app, update to the latest store version, restart your device, and check that your device has enough available storage.
Can I recover lost gameplay progress?+
Cosmic Defence primarily stores progress locally on your device. Unless a platform feature or future cloud-save system preserves it, deleting the app, clearing app data, losing your device, or replacing your device may remove local progress.
How do rewarded ads work?+
Rewarded ads are optional and shown only when you choose to watch one for an in-game reward. Availability can depend on region, connection quality, consent settings, and ad provider inventory.
What does Remove Ads include?+
Where offered, Remove Ads is intended to disable automatic advertisements such as interstitial ads. Optional rewarded ads may remain available because they provide voluntary in-game rewards.
Who handles purchases and refunds?+
Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where you downloaded the app. Refund requests generally need to be submitted through the platform that processed the purchase.
